Kesha Kennedy is an award-winning real estate broker, educator, investor, and U.S. Army Veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in brokerage leadership and real estate education. As Owner, Director, and Lead Instructor of Pinnacle Academy of Real Estate, she designs and delivers continuing education and post-license programs that prepare real estate professionals to lead ethically, operate compliantly, and succeed in an evolving market.
In addition to her role at Pinnacle Academy, Kesha is the Owner and Managing Broker of Legacy South Real Estate Group in Georgia and Alabama. A multi-million-dollar producer and Lifetime Member of the Circle of Excellence, she has been recognized as Managing Broker of the Year (2023 & 2024) and REALTOR® of the Year (2021) by the Metro South Association of REALTORS®.
Kesha holds numerous industry designations, including GRI, C2EX, RENE, PMN, ABR, SRS, MRP, and AHWD. Driven by a mission to empower professionals and expand access to homeownership and investment, she is committed to developing confident, knowledgeable leaders who create lasting impact through real estate.
